Caitlin and the other young lady at the desk were phenomenal. They were very helpful and extremely informative. Those two could literally run the place by themselves. I wish I could remember the other young lady's name. The MD was nice, but I felt rushed. I had maybe 4 minutes with her before she got up to move me to the last step; getting a MM card. So, at $75/minute I felt like I should have discussed more. I felt good with her, though, she was probably just overly busy. Maybe my next visit. One other thing, they told me I could go right over to the dispensary immediately upon leaving their office since everything was all sent over and set up, so I did. When I got there, it wasn't. It took about 2 hours. The dispensary told me that happens often so I will wait till next day the next time. Most likely, I will already be set up with medical by then so it won't matter next time, but for first timers just go next day. All in all everything went smoothly. I got an appointment on the same day I requested and everyone was super nice. I'm thankful this service is available to us. I don't like unnatural chemicals in my body and especially anything big pharma which can't be trusted. I'm looking forward to seeing positive results. ☺️

Every step of the process is made easy and smooth by these wonderful, well-informed folks!! Pensacola office is in convenient, easy to access location. Dr. Steele is great with patients - shout out, doc!

Always a positive experience when I come in for an appointment or over the phone. I was running about 30 minutes late for my appointment and they we’re understanding and fit me in anyway instead of rescheduling. Thank you for providing a much needed service. I highly recommend Kaya Life in Miramar Beach.

Everyone is super cool! Doctor listens and gives you recommendations. Refreshing experience! Last doctor wasn’t as understanding and I’m glad I chose Dr. Stephanie Johnson’s practice. Very professional!

Dr. Jo Ann Holoka is the best. She is very knowledgable in all medical cannabis-related subjects. She can help the patient tailor their dosage regime perfectly because she sees both points of view. She answers all questions asked by the patient.
